Wash before first use
This is a very important step. Washing our underwear activates the absorbent layers and ensures they function as intented.
1: Rinse out
Rinse the underwear with cold water.
2: Put in washing machine
Use our laundry bag and wash at 30°C with a mild detergent.
3: Hang to dry
Let it air dry. Avoid bleach or fabric softener.
Not the right size?
No worries! We understand finding the right fit can be difficult when shopping online. With our fit guarantee you can exhange to a different size or style, even if the hygiene seal is removed.
Just send us an email at info@loeah.com with your order number, the item(s) that don't fit and the size or product you'd like instead. Our team will get back to you, usually within 24 hours. On weekends it may take 1 to 2 days.
We only charge a $6.95 fee to cover the shipping of your replacement. If the replacement item is more expensive than your original item, you'll just pay the price difference. There are no return costs.
We donate them, so they end up with girls and women who have less access to period care. That way, nothing goes to waste and every return still helps someone.
